If you have time the Jacksonville Zoo is a nice place to visit. It is not a real large zoo but what they have is worth the visit. My wife really liked the Bald Eagles.

No but they have a train that circles around park. You can either ride to the back and walk, forward or go to back and have it take you back to the front to the exit. The food is toward the back of the park though.
