The tour was much more than we expected. Our guide, Marc, was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and encouraged questions. Really enjoyed our Gettysburg tour. The small 12 seat van is a more comfortable way to tour than a larger 40-50 person bus. The guide was very informative.

Our tour guide was a former professor and newspaperman by the name Mark. He knew Gettysburg’s history and battle, was engaging, delivered not only the Gettysburg Address from memory but also a speech from General Chamberlain. Powerful and moving. Highly recommend this tour. We had...More

Take this tour as it is by far the best available tour of the Gettysburg battlefield. We had taken other tours and none were as complete and thorough as this tour. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and explained exactly what happened before, during, and...More

I attended this tour with my children, aged 7, 9 and 19, and they all said it was their favorite part of touring Pennsylvania. Even my littlest kid could tell people all about the battle afterward. I had no idea they would follow the tour...More

The tour guides were very knowledgeable. The smaller group made it easier to ask questions and have the tour customized to us. I would recommend it over the bus tours.

Loved the smaller bus. Mark was our guide and he was so knowledgeable and so excited about the history. Made it so much more enjoyable and fun. Our driver was also very knowledgeable. This is the best way to tour the battlefield.

It depends on the person. The bus is air conditioned and there are three stops on the battlefield.

I think you may want to look at one of the tours that actually leave from the battlefield visitor's center.
