The American Revolution Museum at Yorktown has only been opened for just over a year and is a tremendous improvement over the Yorktown Victory Center that it replaced. The screen that wraps around 180 degrees tells the story of the Siege of Yorktown in an...More

This is a serious upgrade from it's predicessor They incorporate technology in very engaing ways. The holograms of Morgan and Tarleton discussing the battle of Cowpens was just one such example. We spent 3 and a half hours here. The interpeters at the outdoor portion...More

Excellent and thorough presentation of the colonial times and the war of independence. It takes about three hours to see everything. They fire cannons daily at 3pm and muskets every hour in their outdoor exhibition area.
