If you want to faint or fall off your bike, go on ahead and hit the Arkansas River Trail. The humidity is OPPRESSIVE and the bugs will eat you ALIVE! Perhaps a stroll in the middle of winter would be safe.

A must do for the outdoorsy type as well as anyone wanting a unique fun experience to explore Central Arkansas. Plenty to do, see, eat and drink for a locals point of view of this city.

Great paved trail for all kinds of fun. Walking, running, cycling and more. It's beautiful along this trail. I go often and will continue to do so as long as I live in the area.

This trail is a very enjoyable route for an early morning jog :) The weather was brisk in December, so (layer up) dress for the conditions! Starting at the Hampton Inn I ran north towards the riverfront, then along the path through the William E...More
