If you have about an hour to look around, I recommend to take a tour. You can also take the trolly. Lots of fun.

I had heard about Heifer International, having received a donation card in honor of one of my children in lieu of a birthday gift years ago. I was dropping my rising 5th grade daughter off at camp the next day and was looking for some...More

We ended up at the Heifer Village after touring the Clinton Museum. Needless to say, my 7 and 9 year olds were bored at the museum and were really ready to enjoy some hands on activities and time with animals. This place focuses on teaching...More

This was an interesting experience that I just happened upon while visiting the Clinton Library. It was very neat to view the film which talked about the mission Heifer International and importance of helping people sustain their lives.

How this organization is set up to help people around the world is unique. Help the people help themselves. Don’t throw money at it. Teach them how to farm. Raise livestock. Raise chickens and sell the excess eggs. Milk goats and sell the excess. Plants,...More

We are already supporters of Heifer International, but even if you're not, a visit here could be rewarding. The facility and grounds are quite attractive, parking and admission are free. When you enter the visitor center, the staff will explain in fine edetail all of...More
