We come here every time we visit NYC. Great staff, music, environment. Great for a date night if you enjoy jazz. Private, candle lit tables. Drinks are average, may do best purchasing beer & wine. Food is basic.

Never got passed the door as the cover charge was $50 EACH plus a minimum spend of $10 EACH on drinks - seriously this is ridiculous even for NYC. Very annoying as it came with a very good recommendation

Great cabaret performers and delicious pork chops! Not bad seat in the room! Feinstein, Blackhurst, Sondheim, Herman, Berlin, who could ask for anything more?

The quality of acts at Birdland are outstanding! We saw Ron Carter one night and Eddie Daniels the next time. Not a bad seat in the place, the food was good and the service was excellent, thanks Quinn!

I had to give it one bubble as zero bubbles is not an option. We went there, on the recommendation of friends, on our last night in NYC. The cover was $35, which was outrageous, but we thought it was going to be good. How...More

l don't like Jazz much , but this place was amazing. Good for a date, there is a dance floor, or go with friends.

I was invited to New York for my first time and went to Birdland for an evening of Jazz and drinks/snacks before dinner, it was an amazing experience with quality Jazz music!! A must experience and it’s right down where everything is happening!
