Went to see Beautiful, the story of Carol King on a Sunday night. There is not a bad seat in the house. We were seated in the next to the last row in the mezzanine. There are a lot of steps if you have to...More

Saw Beautiful, the Carol King Story at the Stephen Sondheim. We had center orchestra seats toward the front so we had an excellent view of the stage. The theatre was completely packed and the audience clearly appreciated the music.

The show was amazing. Definitely a must see. The theater was pretty good. The nice thing there's an elevator for handicap people or those with difficulty walking. The downside is that there's only one bathroom for handicap people so during after the intermission we missed...More

This was our wedding anniversary treat and we couldn't have picked a better show. wonderful songs from our youth and a fantastic cast. Easily the slickest best musical we've seen in many a year. Highlight of our New York visit.

Beautiful, one of the best shows I've seen in a long time. Great story line about Carol King. I don't thing there's a bad seat in the house. If there are they're aren't many.

I sprung for a seat which was first row in the second section. It was a great view and very comfortable. The play brought back so many memories of the 60's and 70's music that I love and reminds you of all the amazing music...More

By Broadway standards I believe this is considered a newer theater. Not sure when it was developed but I think it was the mid sixties. This musical production was very well down. Good sound, great vocals and good acting. We are Carole King fans from...More

The show was brilliant and the Theatre was fine except for two points: why do theatres sell sweets/candy in crinkly wrappers, this can spoil the experience if people are thoughtless? Secondly, the rest room attendants would not have been out of place at a prison...More

Front row not necessary and would not even consider unless you are center; you will probably be looking up. If you are to the side, you want to be further back to have a better perspective of the stage; a better angle if... More
