Went twice. December was cold but pretty. In May, the top was open and offered a fabulous view and nice breeze. Drinks were typical. Seating is spare so grab a stool at the window if possible. Loved the ambience.

Where to start? Tiny tiny bar and area, they let too many people in, the cocktails are 20 dollars and the menu consists of maybe 8 different cocktails and as for the view.... we to be fair you can see the Empire State Building but...More
