This cave was cool because it was still active. The location itself is scenic and the tour guide was very knowledgable about the cave and the area. We brought five kids ranging from two to teen. It was challenging with the little one as there...More

I can't compare to other caves in the area because we didn't visit any of those. However we chose Mystic Caverns because 1. We were able to walk through the cave(s) 2. There was an example of an active and inactive cave 3. It didn't...More

There are two different caverns, and one has much more to see than the other. But It is only $2 more to see both so you might as well go to both. The crystal Dome didn't have a lot to see in it but the...More

These two Caves are beautiful! The formations are great to see and the history was great to learn. The acoustics were fabulous, a few of us got to sing and it sounded awesome. The guides and staff were friendly and helpful.

Both caves were beautiful, price was decent but it came with more religion than we needed and it felt like the guides dragged out the tours. Still happy we went.

Both caves were gorgeous! The tour guide was knowledgeable & friendly. Tons of great photo ops for the family. I get a little claustrophobic sometimes & this wasn't even an issue. It was a totally comfortable experience. The gift shop had a lovely selection of...More

All caves are great! I've been to them all over the world. USA has the best. Some caves are just rocks. Some have bats and some have vegetation. Some are large like mammoth cave and some small like Hawaii which is just yards deep. They...More

You can tour either cavern or both. We decided to do both. We did the Crystal Dome first. A lot of steps going to the cave outside which makes a lot of going UP coming back, pretty strenuous for the out of shape person. Inside...More

No stooping or crawling required; two spacious caverns, but alas, I cannot remember the dimensions.
