AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Easily the most interactive and beautiful cave in the midwest. The tour guide, Dustin, was not only an amazing tour guide, but very helpful with instruction: told us where to get good hand and foot-holds so that we felt comfortable and confident exploring through one of the most physically-demanding obstacles I've experienced (with 13 years of active duty military... This cave is an amazing adventure! It is a pretty hard challenge and extremely fun, not to mention the sights on the cave system are beautiful. The cave guide, Dustin was fairly easy on the eyes as well, and he turned out to be an excellent guide. He was very helpful, encouraging and experienced. The owner of the cave is a... More

We have been through tons different cave tours and paid double of going through other caves.. however, this one was the best one ever and it is very reasonable and even cheaper than other cave tours plus the tour guides make sure you have a true cave adventure... prepared to get DIRTY and on your knees! They have huge adventures... More

You will get to touch, stoop, squirm, and gasp! We are too old for the second and third levels of caving he offers, but what we were able to do was thrilling.

Unforgettable experience. I visited the cavern with a large group of Boy Scouts and we had a great time. After a week canoeing the Buffalo River and hiking to Whitaker Point, most everyone on the trip agreed that the Wild Cave tour at Hurricane River Cavern was the highlight of their week. The tour was packed with thrills, some unique... More

My mom and I just saw the sign and thought we'd stop in & give it a try and we are really glad we did. It was a true local experience plus a beautiful and fun cave. The tour guide was funny and intelligent. Definitely worthwhile and Ozarky!

We spent a few days of Spring Break 2013 at the Buffalo River Outfitter Cabins. We floated the river and had planned to visit Blanchard Springs Caverns while we were near. Blanchard Springs was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so we googled and found Hurricane River Cave. It was AWESOME! The waterfall was beautiful; our guide was quite humorous, and... More

We had a BLAST in this cave tour! It had some tight spots, but not too tight for my 6' 3" husband to fit through. We got to climb up and over one section of the cave and the guide even took our picture! It had a lot of low hanging parts and did require a lot of ducking. We... More

My family and I have been to numerous caves and this one was different from all the others. First and most importantly, the tours were with a small number of participants so you could not only hear the guide but it was easy to ask questions and interact with him. It was easy to see the things described and hear... More

My husband and I stopped on a spur of the moment decision. This was wonderful. One of the highlights of the entire trip. The owner was informative and gracious. This was a hands on experience. We are planning to return with our grown children for the 5 hour North passage tour.
