As always, the serving staff are up to speed with getting all the drinks out, and are always kind and respectful. They why I'm giving an excellent rating. In the past I have gone to several Golden Hours on a Saturday because of the band that plays on those nights. However, this time I went to Golden Hour on Valentine's Day, which was Wednesday. I was outside on the terrace when I saw the band set up. Later in the evening, I went inside to listen. After sitting for some time, I started to wonder if the band playing were an actual band, or just some random drunk customers who decided they wanted to entertain the crowd. It was the female singer in particular who was very unprofessional. Here are some instances... 1. She attempted to name the song she was about to sing, but then openly announced that she couldn't remember what it was 2. After a different set, she started to talk. I suppose it was to let everyone know the name of the song she just finished singing. But then her sentence ended up trailing off into some incoherent babble 3. Again, after singing a song, she actually whined that she didn't want to play anymore, but then she stands up, grabs the sax puts the tie around her neck. Not sure what she did with it though because... It was then that I turned away to ask one of the staff if they were an actual band or if they were just random customers who wanted to play. I asked the name of the band and she said they were called Monster Squad. Not sure if that is how they usually are, but that night, the singer acted, and sang, like she was high on ice or something. Just terrible.

Alex is one of the best attendants we have had at the Dusit Thani. He is very prompt and attentive, consistently, during our various dining experiences at the Dusit lounge. Always a pleasant experience and something I recommend to any visitors to the island due to the ambiance and staff

Was on vacation and decided to hang out at the Lobby lounge with my wife. Our bartender- Daniel, was exceptional in service. From the moment we got there, he was very attentive. We did not know exactly what to order, so I asked for some guidance on what is good. He suggested the Angel Smile Mojito, so that is what we ordered. His mixology skills were off the charts. He was very engaging with customers and manage to keep a conversation each time he made contact with a customer. Just by our observation, we could tell he was passionate about his job and new his craft very well. For the amount of time we were there, we felt that he was like a close friend of ours. His history of being a bartender extends all the way to San Francisco where he had worked at some of the places I've been in. His energy reflected through every customer he interacted with, allowing everyone to feel welcome and relaxed. Thank you Daniel for allowing my wife and I to have an ecstatic stay at the Lobby Lounge!

Came here because a few friends had recommended this place. Was definitely satisfied with the service and drinks provided by Daniel and Paul. All of his recommendations were spot on. Turned a decent night into a great experience. Will come back in the future.

Our recent visit to the Lobby Lounge was great! Thanks to the outstanding service provided by our server, Alex, and the bartenders Paul and Daniel. Not only were the drinks visually stunning, but they were also delicious with each sip better than the last. Paul, Alex and Daniel all went above and beyond to make our visit fun and special. I highly recommend visiting this place and experiencing the service from them. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great time at the Lobby Lounge. The Lobby Lounge was very picturesque with the sunsetting, the band, the Corporation was jamming, the food and drinks were superb. Tying the whole experience together was Michelle our server. She worked very hard to ensure our drinks and food orders were perfect and timely.

Had an awesome time here ! it's my new favorite place to be at. Our server Krystel was Top notch ! She was so professional, friendly and always checks up on us. She is AWESOME !! Now that's what you call good service ! Her and Ms. Frenilyn are Awesome ! I would definitely come back again !!!

Lobby lounge is the best place to spend time with friends.Good ambiance, good entertainment and have the best staff. Our server’s name Krystel and she’s very attentive and always have Şmile on her face..despite the rush hour all the employees and manager was doing awesome job. Will definely come back ❤️

View was amazing from the lounge even though it's night time. Crew were accommodating especially our bartender Paul. The live band was awesome too. Even the guests were friendly as well. It was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be going back! A++
