About
Fish Eye Marine Park is located in the Piti Bay Marine Preserve area, Guam. We provide exciting daytime and nighttime tours. At the Underwater Observatory, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the pacific and beautiful underwater marine life through the 24 large submarine-like viewing windows. We also provide a Dolphin Watching Cruise that family and friends can enjoy and swim in the tropical water with fish during your Eco Snorkeling Tour. You could also experience the cultural tour called Island Costume & Coconut Experience. In the evening and night, see the breathtaking sunset seen from the observatory or a cruiser, and enjoy a dinner buffet with a performance at the Island Cultural Dinner Show.

Fish Eye is a great place to go if you want to see the fish that are swimming in the lower waters, I don’t intend to either snorkeling or scuba dive in this area. The fish are fed so they stay in the area, and an occasional shark swims around the observatory. You must be able to descend several flights of steps and return in order to utilize this facility. I think you could be done in 20 to 30 minutes.

We booked this as part of a package with dolphins watching and lunch.
The staff were friendly and professional. They made sure the kids felt comfortable and made efforts to point out things off interest... sea cucumbers, sharks (non-maneaters) and lots of other marine life. Great for the kids and a great opportunity to snorkel in reasonably deep water hundreds of metres from the shore.

The Polynesian Dance show was a spectacle of pure entertainment and food was great, especially the octopus kelaguen!

Fish Eye Theater Restaurant with its tropical settings and island atmosphere offers a Seafood buffet with a diverse selection of dishes to include freshly grilled steaks, fresh shrimp and calamari skewers, poki, crab legs, Japanese sushi, handmade desserts.
Get a real taste of the Pacific with one of the most colorful and melodic cultural revues anywhere. Tahitian hula, South Pacific dancing, fire dances, Guam's exciting warrior dance and the theatrical Samoan Fire dance are all part of the show. This is done to the stimulating sound of wooden drums, stringed instruments and melodic chants.
The show lasts for a full hour and you will come away with a true appreciation for the authentic Tahitian dancing.

For some reason Tripadvisor can't seem to separate the restaurant/floor show from the underwater attraction across the street.
Well, the restaurant/floor show SHOULD NOT BE MISSED. Great seafood buffet and a great hula floor show. Sure it's kitch, but it is very well done and should be part of a trip to Guam. Only in evening and make reservations.
As for the undersea part, it is a great way to see and feed many types of fish.

This place is one of those tourist traps we all dread. All you do is walk down and see a few fish swimming around the windows and murky water with bland coral. For over $10! I suppose the whole idea of being in a building underwater is cool, but the sights you see really aren't.

This is a must try if you will visit Guam. You should avail the introductory scuba diving. It was a different experience and they will really train you the basics. You will enjoy the life under the sea.

Moreover, the staff members were really friendly and helpful.

Loved it. A walk down a long pier takes you to the marine observatory, a structure sitting on the sea bed. A spiral staircase takes you down what I'd guess is about 25 feet. You can walk around and look through the many portholes and windows at the myriad of marine life. Unlike UnderWater World in Tumon, here you were actually looking at a real functioning reef and marine ecosystem. From the pier you can see massive schools of various fish species. There are kayaks for rent off of the pier and under-water walkers for non-divers. There are also dive lessons available. It looks like a fantastic place to learn how to dive.

Took some kids as part of their reward for participating in an island-wide clean-up. They were mesmerized, and the divers were fun to watch, as well!

Although we didn't pay the admission fee for the walkway and underwater observatory, we waded alongside the pier in the water, then donned our snorkeling gear when it got deep. We swam aound the observatory and saw numerous species of fish and rays. Also very entertaining were the tourists wearing the big white helmets under the water, walking on special walkways on the sea floor, and kneeling in front of an underwater fence getting their photos taken. There is also a great reef if you continue south from the observatory for more sea life viewing.

If you prefer to dive here, there is a dive shop right across the street that will rent all the gear you need.
