This is a little off the travelled path, but well worth it. Make sure to hav beach shoes on as there are periods that are a little rough.

This is a short, easy trail with spectacular views of the coast. Set in a beautiful resort community, with some of the best views of the rugged coast on the island. Saw nesting birds as well and took amazing photos. Everyone can enjoy this hike!

Exciting trail along the shoreline from Kapulua bay to the north. Wild atmosphere despite all the villas on the top. I even see the the famous bird nesting and a true big egg. Lava is everywhere between ocean and the line. Lovely spot for sunset...More

Great views. We got to see a green turtle in the surf. Interesting scenery and worth the time to visit.

This is a path that you can run or walk. We did it twice. Second day we did detour up Mahana Ridge trail which was also very cool.

The Kapalua Coastal Trail is a great way to spend a few hours. The trail isn't that long and doesn't require any type of amazing hiking abilities, (anyone can do this trail - you can even jog through most of it). It is 1.76 miles...More

This is a beautiful coastal walk/hike. We do this hike multiple times every time we come to Maui. It can take as little as a half an hour or as long as 1.5 hours depending on how many "detours" you take on the path. Parking...More

Addition to my previous post. Did not see the buses running while we were there, so can't help with buses.

No , trail is not stroller accessible. Your baby would need to be carried in a sling. Part of the trail requires some climbing , nothing crazy but some climbing.
