One of the best zip lines services we have come across. The scenery on each line was stunning. The service by our guides Johnny, mark and Bob was impeccable. Johnny would really look into how comfortable you are feeling before you start zipping. Our 10 yrs old daughter felt extra special when he carried the trolley for her and encouraged and appreciated her through out.
A trip to Maui doesn’t complete without this zip line. Choose the evening slot because the evening sun made it even better.

Wonderful adventure in paradise. Very safe and very enjoyable. After a practice “bunny” run , we moved on to double lines that showed beautiful vistas. The small hike to a couple of the towers along with a 4 wheel drive made this even more fun. I highly recommend this to everyone who loves a safe yet exciting adventure. The double lines were great!

The views of West Maui, Molokai, and Lanai alone were worth the price of admission. Throw in some thrilling Ziplines (6 total), narratives, humor, island knowledge and expertise by Jake (from State Farm) and Railyn (fastest safety hands in the west) and you have the best way to spend 2 1/2 hours on Maui. Even those with fear of heights had a great time!

It was a beautiful day and the ziplines were amazing. the staff did a great job all the way from the van driver to the man that caught us at the end of each zipline. Wish I could remember their names so I could give kudo's to each one of them.I would do it again and would highly recommend it to anyone going to Maui. Thank you Kapalua Ziplines!

I went on the most extensive tour that Kapalua Ziplines offers so I got to experience the property. The tour gives a great view of Maui's largest zipline course and the views from their ziplines was just breathtaking. On top of going down 7 huge ziplines I got to meet the staff there and they were very nice. Lauren was the guide of my group and she was so nice and outgoing and made a great effort to talk to everyone in the group and gave great information about the course and about Maui in general. Also in the middle of the course we were served fresh pineapple by the staff cut right before our eyes and it was very refreshing.

I thought this was a little spendy when I booked it, but it was well worth it!!!!Unfortunately, we did not have the best weather, but it was still an awesome experience! Ryland, Zuley, and Kevin did a fabulous job of making the experience super fun as well as making us feel safe. My husband and I are senior citizens, and there were also kids on the tour, and everyone had fun. I highly recommend Kapalua Zipline.

This was our third time on Kapalua Ziplines and this was our best time yet! Jake and Ikaika were amazing guides, both kind and funny but also very comforting, as both eased my family’s nerves whenever they came. We had so much fun and felt 100% safe the entire way. Both Jake and Ikaika did an amazing job ensuring we had fun and I can say the safety precautions they take our top notch while not overwhelming, making a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Definitely the best zip lining in Hawaii. The views were great and Jake was a super comedic guide and added fun commentary and conversations during our trip. This is a must!!!

So my Husband and I went separately because we waited until last minute to book. Maui is very busy right now but somehow we’ve been lucky and got tours at back to back times. Riley and Chance were our tour guides. Fun fact Chance was born here and has lived here his whole life. So getting local recs from both of them was great. Riley was our clipper and so we had more time to get to know him as a chance is the one that caught us at the end of each zip line. So we had last time to talk with him. First do you meet at the office near the Ritz Carlton and they will fit you for helmets and give you a little spiel before you load up another van which takes you about a 15 to 20 minute drive up the mountain. The van ride is pretty bumpy but it’s completely fine. Currently there is mask requirements in Maui, but you only have to wear them in the van and in the office. Once you’re zip lining you don’t have to have it on. They will provide you with helmets and all the equipment you need. There are small lockers to put your things in before you go. You really don’t need to take anything except some sort of long sleeves because it is quite chilly up on the mountain even though we were sweating down at the office. I did regret not following that advice as did most of the other zip liners. Despite the drive from Maui airport to Lahaina, the zip line tour is very green and lush And beautiful. Right now it has been very dry on the opposite side of the island so it’s very brown. There are currently six zips. The Maui revealed book says that there’s seven but it was obviously written and published early on in Covid. With the roads not being maintained for the year plus they had to be closed due to Covid, they are unable to get to the seventh zip at the moment. The training zip line that you take while you’re learning counts as one of the zips but it’s still a fun one as well. There’s also a suspension bridge that you get to walk over a bamboo forest and it’s pretty impressive. You can see both Islands, lanai and Molokai and from where your zip lining. Anyway, I hope this helps you choose their company. I would highly recommend it would absolutely go again. Several children were on my trip and had a blast as well. Please forgive any mistakes as I dictated this review. My husband’s guide’s were Niko and Lauren. He also highly recommends and enjoyed them.

Thanks to the briefing and check-in by Emily and the professional duo of Pate sending and Jonny receiving our group this was a thoroughly enjoyable experience!

Located up in the rain forest it did, in fact rain a bit but no worries, rain jackets had been provided beforehand. Water stations are located throughout and while a certain amount of walking and climbing steps comes with this, there's nothing too strenuous. Photos and video are taken so you can just enjoy the ride(s) and offered afterwards.

Very engaging, Pate offered up plenty of tidbits of information about the island, Hawaiian culture and more, helping make this a top notch adventure!

We went on a 6 line zip tour on Jan 1, 2024. What a great time we had. Our group of 6 ranged in age from 73-10. Kapalua Ziplines was a very organized and professionally run business. A big shout out to our guides Dylan, Kyle, and Owen. This crew made our adventure so fun and we felt safe and secure the whole time. I can’t describe the views we had on each line.
