We went to see the merchants at Kalama Village and were a bit disappointed. It looks like they sell all the same cheap stuff made in China. Some of the pieces were on top mouldy and dusty. There are better places in Kihei to shop...More

From homemade sauces to jewelry and most everything in between, this all in one mall of shops had pretty much everything one would need to take home. Prices comparable and there were some bargains to be had.

Very crowded bazaar stalls offering a variety of items ranging from beautiful Hawaiian made clothing and art prints to the cheapest and tackiest of souvenirs with “made in China” stickers. If you’re looking for a brightly lit and decorated suburban type mall, this bazaar is...More

I was pleasantly surprised by the number of shops at this market. Lots of little booths with a good variety of items- some typical “tourist” things, some unique, and some locally made. The shop workers were not pushy. The shaved ice was a hit with...More

We've never been to shops where most of the merchandise for sale was so old and dirty. I asked my husband why the jewelry had such a strange color and he said it had oxidized from prolonged exposure to moist sea air. Surprisingly, my daughter...More

Open air-ish, lots of stalls and shops, many selling the same stuff, but a few with perhaps somewhat unique items. Nothing fancy but it will scratch the itch for inexpensive mementos and souvenirs.

We just bought three amazing hair clips from a nice blond lady who makes them, THERE IN HER SHOP! Be aware that most of the stuff you can buy on Maui is probably made in China or in the Philippines. We saw similar hair-clips in...More

This was within walking distance of where we were staying. There are lots of small shops with mostly Hawaii made items. I was able to find some neat souvenirs.

Nice place to go and pick up those souvenirs or a swim suit or swim shirt for while your in Maui. There are multiple stores offering everything from t-shirts, bbq spices, jewelry, handmade soaps, and just about anything else you can think of. There are...More

This is only the second time we have visited Kihei, Maui but we chose to go to Kalama Village as our first stop. Basically we needed a rest room but the plethora of shops and stalls is by far the best value in shopping in...More
