Beach is small if tide is high. It has a good length. We are lucky since the beaches we visited were at or near low tide. Otherwise watch out the surf was shore break. Uninitiated kids or non swimmers be careful. You can snorkel but watch the current. Sand was medium coarse and darkish brown. Road is nearby as are... More

Right across the road to multiple condo units, lifeguards, showers, snorkelling on the ends by the rocks, multiple turtle sightings, this beach has it all.

The view is great, and the park is lovely. It's a challenge to get in and out of the water (you have to walk down a steep, little incline), so it's not ideal for little ones or people who aren't quite as mobile. That said, it's a nice spot and worth a visit!

Husband boogie boarded (age 76) and I was concerned as life guard mentioned on speaker about people having broken necks and backs!

The beach was bit crowded during our Spring Break trip but we never had troubles finding a spot to park ourselves in the sand. The waves were huge and there was a high surf warning each day we were there but it didn't stop anyone from swimming. We snorkeled off this beach one morning before the waves got big. Good... More
