I love the huge grassy area at kam 3. Also if your walking around look up in the trees and you might see some of the colorful residential parrots!

typically moderate wave activity and a gradual entry. Big Beach is a much nicer looking beach but the shore break is lethal.

Fine sandy beach. Good for swimming when the ocean is calm. Huge grassy field. One of our favorite beach in Maui.

It can be calm, then a swell can come out of nowhere. The Wind is crazy too but we managed to swim in both calm and 10 foor wave waters. Beautiful sunsets.

Gorgeous and perfect waves for boogie boarding! The water is perfect and we saw a sea turtle every time we went to the beach. Best beaches as far as my teens were concerned. We visited several beaches, but Kamaole beaches are the best by far!!!

Went here when the winds were a little rough so I never really got a chance to snorkel. We heard that it was good snorkeling though. Great body boarding though!

We stayed in a condo across the street so hit this beach first. Restrooms, lifeguard, plenty of parking and beautiful beach - but this is Hawaii after all.

This is a wonderful beach with opportunities for fun sun, full shade or a combination of both. There is good snorkeling pff this beach. It is always better in the morning when the waves are calm. It is easy to see turtles along with several...More

This beach was OK fo snorkelling, but too many rocks just off the sand to be safe and comfortable. Easy access though with a carpark right there.

Beautiful beach, warm water, fun waves and fantastic sunsets. Hint; in the mornings if you go to the very edge of the group of rocks and sit, you can see sea turtles and sting rays swim by. A great place to snorkel as well.

I don't know that the park has them, but you have access to public outdoor showers at the condos across the street.
