This boardwalk is located adjacent to Highway 310, within the Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge. Parking can be problematic as there are few spots, but down the road, there is parking available along the shoulder of the road. The boardwalk is about ½ mile long,...More

Summer is not a great time for bird watching all though you will see three - four different (but all are different from state side) species. Locals will tell you to be here in fall - spring to really see the largest verity and numbers.
