Excellent memorial to our heroes in the Marine Corps. It really inspires your sense of pride and gratitude for our men and women who serve and protect us. THANK YOU!!!

During WWII the area of the park hosted close to 20,000 Marines of the 4th Marine division. Jungle training and billeting were in Haiku. Home to hikes, picnics, barbecues, baseball fields and a very nice Kalakapua playground for the keiki.
