Beautiful spa and good massage, but for the price...I expected it to be one of my all-time favorite spa experiences. The relaxation area is nice, but again I expected a serene outdoor relaxation area as well.

A great place to relax and unwind. Most spa services are available. Clean and professionally run with steam room, sauna, quiet room with snacks and one of the best massages that I've had.

I think a lot of your experience here will depend on the therapist you get for your massage. First, as others have said, the spa is beautiful, clean, smartly designed, and the attendants are all very service-oriented. When I attended, the sauna in the men's...More

Terrible massage experience. Booked deep tissue; therapist had no training in this technique. No pressure or focus on areas that were requested. Reception offered minimal discount for unsatisfactory experience.... Overall, the only thing upscale is the price!!!!

At the St. Regis spa, the masseuse (a male practitioner) bent my arm behind my back and pushed it past the point that it would allow. It burned but happened to quickly for me to say anything to stop it. After the massage, I couldn't...More
