Drove past this temple on the way to the canyon and just had to stop. So unexpected to find a Zen Temple, and quite photogenic. Unfortunately access is restricted so I had to make do with some external photos.

Located in Hanapepe on Kaumaualii highway. The temple is off limits, so just walked around the perimeter fence and took photos. Surprising to see such an ornate temple along the road in Hanapepe. Worth the stop for a photo op.

What a lovely temple, fully visible from the main road in Hanapepe. Everything around here has a dramatic and beautiful backdrop, and this site is made even more peaceful because of it!
