Dry cool place to hang out, explore, or have a photo shoot! My family and friends did all three! Very cool place to visit in the middle of a city!

I've never seen anything like this. Tire swings bolted to a bridge with sand underneath. My 7 yr old loved it. Nice Wooden deck overlooking the water to walk across.

Cool to experience and walk around for an afternoon. Swings made out of old tires. Very clean and pretty. Would go back and take photos there.

I think so. I don't remember seeing any signs that say otherwise. It's an open park so idk who will stop you.
