Cool place to visit and get food
Public Public Market is very cool. It's an fun activity to go eat there! We actually came twice while in Milwaukee over the long weekend. Saturday late afternoon it was packed, so my 5 year old was happy to get his smoothie and get out. Monday afternoon he wasn't thrilled to stop here and get food to have for dinner on the train home, but when we got in and it was not crowded and he could see everything in the market he was happy. We all found it fun to walk around and look at everything. Then pick what to get for dinner. And pick a couple of treats for desert. My husband sat upstairs with our luggage, while we walked around. It was cool that he could look down to wave at us. Over our 2 separate trips we got vegan food from On the Bus, Smoothies from Aladdin, fruit from Foltz Family Market, Olive oil from Oro di Oliva, and cookies from C. Adams Bakery. Everything was good, and we would get the same things again!

Time to Expand before you lose your luster!
Great concept. I have been there a couple of times to enjoy the fresh fish and bloody Mary's. This visit was a Saturday around noon. - Not a good time to get a good review. Too many people to enjoy the feel. Maybe time to expand. before you lose you luster ... :)

    Small Public Market
It’s a very small market that doesn’t have a lot of options. But it’s worth strolling through. The market sits in the Third Ward area of downtown Milwaukee. Bought olive oil and wandered around … down the adjoining streets.

Milwaukee Public Market - An Experience for Foodies
This was a wonderful unexpected experience with some great finds. I like indistrial chic and this fitted right in to this descriptor. There is something for everyone. And it's all artisnal. Amazing vednors for meats, sausages, fish, cheese, breads, cookies, olive oils, tacos, wine, BBQ, sushi, the list goes on. I love the hustle and bustle and the design of the Market Place. Plus easy parking. Hope you enjoy my photo tour.

    Crowed and tight
Reminds me of pike place market in Seattle but much smaller. Lots of variety of vendors they’ll be worn. If you go on a Saturday it’s extremely crowded. If you like seafood they have a whole seafood corner with an oyster bar and a sit down restaurant. They also have a vendor that sells massive bloody Mary’s in different varieties! This place has a bit of everything for everyone

    A must do
A vibrant market in a historic part of the city. Full of life with something for everyone a good variety of meats, cheeses and seafood. All of which can be prepared in front of your eyes. Also, don't forget the wood-fired pizza.

disgusted. the property owner is making money hand over fist with this popular food venue, but WILL not install suitable public restroom on the first floor wherevthev food vendors are. the elevator is 1 block walk to the 2nd floor bathroom. offensive This is a matter of
public health and violation of accomodations for disability. Fix this a lawsuit could be in city narket's future.
second city market should make free parking available je the rest of the city malls.. it's such a hassel why go here; no bathrooms no parking. Yikes. Enough fix it.

Another great place to visit while in Milwaukee. Everything from fresh meats and famous Wisconsin cheese to wine and spice vendors set up. You can also dine in at the many places at the market.
