Walking along the beach on Lake Superior was awe-inspiring. It's a beautiful park! When we were there, we had a chance to admire what we termed "beach art." Someone had created little artworks to complement the beauty of Nature.

We camped there for three nights and really liked the sites and their spacing etc. facilities were nice, clean and close.

This is a definite must see if you visit Madeline Island! This is a very large park with a vast array of knteresting spots to hike, picnic and camp!!!! Do not miss it!!

The hikes are really good, we enjoyed at least 3 of them. Also the views of the great Lake Superior was fantastic, incredible beauty. We had a picnic lunch overlooking the lake, saw deer and other tracks. Loved the boardwalk area with all the information...More

The town park is just as nice if not nicer and there is not a fee.
