This road side factory was interesting enough but is a tourist set up basically. You get a bad English tour (our guide gave up with nerves) then a cup of tea and a chance to buy. It was fine to see though.

I was on the way to Kandy and I stopped there .... Nice place and clean , free taste at the end of the tour The best thing they are not hard selling

It’s on the way back to Colombo, we visited the factory. They explained the procedure of producing the tea. And provided free tea tasting and no hard sales. Overall, it’s a good experience.

I just went to this tea factory and had an interesting short free tour of how tea is made. Then we got to try tea and buy abit to take back to Australia.
