I read the reviews here before going, but I'm always one to make my own judgments. I can honestly say I am confused as to why the negative comment were posted. This place was great! I booked a 1 hour ride for me and my...More

I have taken both the farm ride and the park (Gov. Dodge St. Park) rides and they were both wonderful. The horses are well-cared-for and all are gentle and beautifully groomed. Dave Johnson is always ready to greet his guests with wonderful hospitality and he...More

This is a late review, but I feel it needs to be shared because I highly doubt the business has changed. During the weekend of June 22nd myself and 7 friends stayed at Governor Dodge Campground for a bachelorette party and made reservations to go...More

Rides were cut short. Horses mistreated. Stay away. I would not recommend to anyone who cares about the treatment of animals or who wants to support such an organization.

I was surprised by a 1 hour trail ride on a very special day. Several people were on the trail ride. The guides were great, very friendly and interacted with everyone. The horses were very well trained. Very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone!

I paid about 29.00 per person for a 1 hour trail ride. Don't forget you have to pay 4.50 for the State Trail pass too (16 and older).
