On our way home from the Masters we stopped for a round of golf here. Winter was still around and we played in high winds, cold temperature (38F) and very wet conditions. The conditions were so bad we were the only group who played all...More

This course was a lot of fun - lots of hills and narrow fairways. Lost many balls in the patchy grass, but found many balls also!!!

Unlike Pipestem, this appears to be a private property located in a state park and overpriced accordingly. I guess the $15/person resort fee is for the "free" evening boat ride and the cornhole game on the lawn. Yes, the course is a Palmer design (?)....More

Even though it rained one day and was hot as Hades the other day we played the course, it was still quite fun though challenging. If it is hot, take lots of water!

Nice course, little pricey, but great service and lots of fun. Went during a week day and it was a 3 hr round. Not a lot of people but still had a cart girl making rounds.

This was a relaxing place with few other groups. Beautiful lay out and Palmer designed so the quality is certain. I have played several of his courses and this one is at the top.
