If you are into radio and television history, you have to stop by the Museum of Radio and Technology. The tour guide was amazing and demonstrated how raido worked way back when and was extremely knowledgeable in radio and T.V. My husband and I really...More

Docents get a little too technical when showing things, but you'll be happy they are there, because there's so many neat little hidden gems in this place...More

Whether you dig portable transistor radios or the big-box consoles from the good ol' days, there are oodles of them on display here. But it's not just radios--they have TVs, computers, CB radios, record players, military communication devices, even a makeshift radio station. There is...More

A magnificent collection containing hundreds of vintage radios, Victrolas, televisions, computers, and other memorabilia from the late 19th to mid-20th century. Many thanks to Don, the tour guide, for sharing his knowledge and passion. This museum is a real gem. It is in a somewhat...More

It's in an out of the way location, but the Museum of Radio and Technology is a great free site to visit while in Huntington. I went here on a Saturday afternoon. The volunteer docent spent an hour and a half showing me around their...More

I could not understand how the previous reviewers could be so excited about what seems like a fairly benign attraction. But after visiting, I totally get it. The excitement of the incredibly knowledgeable guys working in and running this museum is absolutely contagious! Allow a...More

If not for Trip Advisor – we would never have found this little gem of a museum tucked away in an old schoolhouse building in a residential area of Huntington…well away from downtown - but I am glad we did! The Radio and Technology Museum...More

I'm in town for two weeks, and this was one of my favorite stops while here. The museum is so incredibly well done with an amazing array of historical artifacts from radio and technology. They have antique radios, a room devoted to electronics, a room...More
