We visited the center and found wonderful displays of quilts as well as a very well-done historical museum offering a chronology of events important to understanding West Virginia. Interactive displays, plenty of artifacts, handy audio tour devices, made it a great stop on our trip...More

The exhibit was uniquely set up as a trail thru the history of the state. The information was well presented with plenty to see and also interactive.

This is a must visit must see place. Be sure to check for the radio show concerts. A great place for all ages with REAL WV art and history not like the mess off the turnpike in Beckely. Quiet and comfortable seating and browsing areas.
