We love this place so much. We not only go there for the beauty and history but the flour and corn meal are awesome to cook with. The best pancakes I ever made was using the flour and recipe from here.

What a pleasant surprise. I found this working mill to be incredibly interesting. We were able to see cornmeal being ground. The miller was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We enjoyed our visit in spite of the frigid weather. The views were amazing and the information very interesting. You can tell the people love what they do. We will be back in warmer weather.

This is a great place to visit, and very educational. You are able to watch wheat and corn ground into flour and cornmeal. It is interesting to see them use the water from the creek to run the equipment that grinds the wheat and corn.

We chose this spot for a photographic jaunt today, hoping that we wouldn't get rained out; fortune smiled on us. It was cloudy, and spit some, but it was perfect for outdoor photography. We arrived just at 2 pm, the mill was open, and the...More

I love stopping in here and getting stone ground flower and just wandering around the area. There is a covered bridge, a beautiful creek and of course the grist mill and it's equipment. Fun for the family.

Heard about but never visited until today. Parked on the side of the road, fairly steep hill, nose down. Exited across covered bridge to Cedar Creek Road. Inside a volunteer scooped grain into s hopper then bagged flour to give to waiting visitors. Very low...More

This is a fully-functional, historical grist mill that's listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It's an interesting place with lots to see and experience.
