The outlook is ok, but the bridge i# rather dirty especially when you see it from the cable air ride.

It is located right at the bottom of the Spokane falls. Walk all the way down the stairs and view it close up from below. Very spectacular.

Dramatic views of falls/cascades in the heart of the city; the gondola ride doubles back under the bridge (doesn't start running until mid-April). Construction in the area is an inconvenience. Limited nearby parking.

The Monroe Street bridge is a local icon in Spokane and welcomes visitors to the downtown area. The design and decorative features accent and make this bridge worth a look-see.
