We are not experts at escape rooms, but we have done a handful. This was a really fun time, though one or two of the challenges were not especially intuitive (it is for this reason that I'm docking a single star). It was thematic, exciting, and a (mostly) well-designed puzzle!

This room is so to theme, very cool spell effects. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Our group were all noobs and even though it was a harder room that we sid not rscape we had a great time. Each section has easy to hard puzzles that keep you trying and not getting too discouraged. At the end you get the option of 1/2 off a return visit to try again on a fail or a tour right then of rest of room. Very cool.

We have done over a dozen escape rooms. Our initial host was great and the production values were above average, but their clue system with the walkie-talkies........horrible.

The puzzles and production quality are superb and the experience was immersive. Nice attention to details down to the circa 1920's elevator music. We drove over an hour to do the adventure and it was very much worth the drive. We will be back to do try the other rooms soon.

Ryan and Alyssa were amazing to guide us through the escape room. Especially since we had our two young boys with us (age 5 and 3). Ryan was patient and included the boys from the beginning to the end. Alyssa and Ryan were both helpful with the tips to guide us through. There's a nice lit area to take pictures afterwards. Will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

We went to this escape room tonight and although we laughed a lot it was really hard and frustrating! We obviously didn’t have a puzzle mind 😂😂😂 All in all we had a really great time.

Had a wonderful time! Wasn’t so difficult that my 8-year-old couldn’t participate, yet the adults in the room, a few experienced game room connoisseurs, found it challenging. We will definitely return!

We had never done an escape room. I would say this was really challenging for our family of 4 (maybe a little hard if you are not puzzlers) but very fun and immersive. I would highly recommend this experience. Very friendly and helpful.

We five challenged the Museum Heist. Each member of the team made a unique contribution to our successful theft and escape. Really fun.
Three of us were complete beginners, and the Museum Heist was new to all five of us.
The introductory explanation by the knowledgable staff was clear. The clues were complicated, and well-disguised. It was funner than expected. We were allowed to receive up to four hints, but only needed two of them. The hour went by quickly, and we escaped with the "valuable" artwork we stole with 4 minutes to spare.
4-6 people seems to be about the right number of people for a team. If there had been only 2 or 3 of us, I don't think we would have been successful.

We were at their Redmond location for a corporate team building event. The location is great, only a few minutes from where I work in Redmond off 148th Ave. I do recommend carpooling if possible. They have 5 dedicated parking spaces, the rest is street parking. We had ten people, so we split up into 2 groups with half going into the Prison Escape and the other half going into the Museum Heist. I had never participated in an escape room and generally don’t look forward to team building events, but this was more fun than I expected. The time goes by fast. We spent a little too much time on a couple of puzzles when we should have just asked for a clue, but we did manage to escape the room in just over an hour. The other team did not escape from their prison room. If you’re looking for something different to do with your team, give this a try.
