Absolutely terrific walking trail. Paved with rest benches periodically if needed Birds, plants scenery.

I previously would have rated this trail a 3, due to the consistent ruts that were back-jarring for those on road bikes. But since the chip seal this last year, the trail is smooth, and a nice option for folks to go to Moscow.
