Overview
More
A historic cinema in downtown Port Townsend, with the best in current film, cult flicks and classics. The auditorium and facade feature gorgeous details from the Rose's day as a vaudeville house, dating back to 1907. With delicious popcorn, plus beer and wine and and a beautiful collection of film photos, the Rose is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Like no other small town theatre you've seen. Worth a visit even if you're not going to a movie!

This little Theater puts you back in time, when Theaters were Theaters! Draperies are hung ceiling to floor on the side walls. Behind the front stage is a ceiling hung old advertising tapestry which retracts when viewing the film screen. A theater spokesperson comes to...More

The Starlight Room at the Rose Theater is simply the best! Lounge on comfy sofas or chairs, enjoy a salad Nicoise or a tasty box of popcorn with all the fixins', and a glass of Chardonnay and all is well. It's a small intimate venue....More

The Rose Theatre is wonderful, so is the Starlight Room! My favorite place to see a movie - no, it doesn't have reclining chairs or anything fancy. It's an original - someone comes out to intro the movies and the popcorn and treats are awesome....More

This place is the closest thing to a film arthouse imaginable. There are three screens in a historic building. One of them is an over 21 venue on the top floor of Silverwater Restaurant building which offers full bar, a great menu from the restaurant...More
