I was expecting a typical "local museum" but was pleasantly shocked with this one. It's so much bigger than you'd ever think. Excellent use of space and the grand area that's a replica of the town makes you feel like you're strolling the streets of...More

I think I could have easily dropped the Hubs off for a day and he would have been happy. We spent 2 hours here, and I could have gone a little longer. Docents at the front explain the layout. There is a lot of items,...More

My 72 year old Uncle got married last Sunday at the museum. Lovely space for a smallish wedding. Had a small reception after and got to walk around the museum.

This is a true gem of a small town museum. It covers all aspects of the area's history and development. It also has a military (primarily World War I) section, an entire floor devoted to classic horse drawn vehicles and a top floor that features...More

Was very enjoyable we spent a couple hours going through it and veterans get free admission. If I recall it was only 5 dollars to get in.

It has everything and more. Very enjoyable 2+ hours for me and my husband. They have carriages, WWI stuff, local stuff, Indian items, lots on the dairy industry, pianos, etc. I think my favorite was the whole village mock-up - it was really well done.

Very well presented museum with lots of different displays and artifacts. Some large exhibits of machinery, etc. Most on ground floor but more upstairs. Very friendly staff. Small gift shop.
