I came to Marsh's as a 6-12 year old every year when we vacationed in Long Beach. Not quite the same allure as when you are 10 (now 64) but still a fun diversionary activity.

We have always called this Jake's museum because of the human and alligator all in one! It has so many things to see from sharks teeth to very nice clothing! I spent hours in there to see all the things available. If you go to...More

Very neat place. It was the perfect stop to pick up those souvenirs for the family back home on the way out of town. I did see at times per place being known for tourism, a high volume of theft. Maybe invest in some loss...More

Wonderful stuffed collections of birds, animals etc. Your standard fare of tourist stuff for sale, but the old and antique stuff is great. Making this a must see.

So, having a wet day here is not a problem at all. Just come into this place and have a blast from the past. Excellent little gem of a place, lots of things to see and do. Spend a quarter and get a whimsical, musical...More

Even the corners and ceilings were used. Yes, you need to have a sense of humor and a desire to find the unique. Spend time and money. They need to stay in business for years to come. I'll be back with the grandkids!

Definitely a must do. A very bizarre, whacky store. We had so much fun. Very unique items. Our biggest laughter of the weekend for sure. Say hi to Jake for us.

Marsh's was featured in the Curiosities of Washington book so I was curious. Lots of oddities and souvenirs to peruse. It's a bit crowded I was glad we went early. A fun stop, we spent about an hour there.

Fun to poke around in. A bit of antiques, candy and tourist trinkets and old time player pianos etc. And of course Jake the alligator man.

Yes the museum is ADA, but it does become over crowded at times.(May-September). Late fall early winter are the best times to visit if you want to avoid the crowds.
