I lost track of the milemarker beside the road , but I believe it was 47 miles along the highway from Interstate 5 in Bellingham. The end of the road takes you to this unbelievably gorgeous sight . I had visited a handful of times...More

totally awesome 360 degree viewing area. The drive is long but well worth it. Unbelievable scenery without having to walk to it

Wonderful place to see Mt. Shuksan and Mt. Baker. Hikers love the place. Try to avoid going to the toilets there. Awful smelly.

Mostly evergreens up there. Bushes and Heather will have some color. Chance of snow flurries, rain, wind sunshine. Changing every few minutes.
