The Bellevue Botanical Garden is an urban refuge, encompassing 53-acres of cultivated gardens, restored woodlands, and natural wetlands. The living collections showcase plants that thrive in the Pacific Northwest. Our demonstration of good garden design and horticulture techniques inspire visitors to create their own beautiful, healthy gardens. We provide a place of beauty, serenity, and learning for thousands of visitors each year. There are also many fun things to do throughout the seasons: plant sales, community celebrations, summer concerts, art exhibits and holiday light festivities.

I will definitely return here. This was a beautiful place to explore even when there wasn't much blooming yet. There is a broad walking loop that circles the garden and so many little trails to explore. My 7 yo had a great time playing his...More

We went to the winter presentation of garden lights in December and even went on the last "free" night. The display was spectacular with garden displays made out of lights. They looked so realistic you could make out each type of flower. The most difficult...More

To be honest, I really don't want to write this review. This is such a gem in the middle of a huge city that I'd rather not have more people visit it. Ok, now that the selfishness is over, you MUST visit here. It's a...More

As a Bellevue native, in my book the top two places for out-of-towners to visit here are the Bellevue Downtown Park and the Bellevue Botanical Garden (unless you're a shopper, in which case Bellevue Square is also key). These botanical gardens are well-established and have...More

Well maintained place with free entry and parking. Themes gardens and lot of walkways to explore. Good for long walks. I've attended the lighting they have during Christmas. Looks cool but I prefer the natural garden during the day better.

It is very pretty there, especially when they put the lights up in the winter. The suspension bridge is very nice, and there are many good opportunities to take photos. It is also very nice to run here.

The Botanical gardens are beautiful all year round, but my favorite time is at Christmas where the plants blooms are made of Cgristmas lights. It is magical!

A paradise for teens to pose for was other with bridges, small waterfalls, big rocks and, oh yea, plants.

Ever consider forest bathing? The Bellevue Botanical Garden is a great place to enjoy a forest in the city. Bask in all the positive vibes of the trees and drink in the soundings.

Gorgeous park (though quite small) with a variety of plants and flowers. Especially pretty during the summer time and during the winter, when they do "Garden De'Lights". It's a Christmas light installation. Gorgeous!
