Replica of the first courthouse in the area. Knowledgeable docent on duty to give historical details. Just a two room building, so no "tour" of building. Easy to locate, across the street from Taste of Smithfield restaurant.

Beautiful authentic building. Original, touchable colonial tables. Docent was very knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed the wig display since it included the names of the various styles.
