We had a bit of time to kill before leaving on the ferry so we decided to walk the Sculpture Trail.
It is quite a decision as to which way you walk as there are so many little trails and they are all over the place.
Running up and down either side of a small ravine the grade 3 walk is quite easy and there are lots of seats along the way.
The sculptures are interesting and there are 12 poems to find as well.

I stumbled across the trail while taking the dog for a walk. So well done and i highly recommend. We were staying in a house nearby and i walked the trail each day with my dog (on lead) and we found something new each time. In addition to the amazing and varied sculptures there were lots of gorgeous birds and some small wallabies too.

Had a great day off the ship in Penneshaw. Covered a bit of ground walking around town and the sculpture walk was a nice part of it
Good to do the walk up and down, enjoyed the sculptured, Hope more can be added in the future .At just 1.5 kilometres it is a easy stroll. Well done to the locals who put it together and maintain it . Come on all you cruisers do the walk and support it, plus you probably need the exercise see

Great to see something the community had been involved in. Was a bit steer in places, the path was clear of obstructions though.. Enjoyed the serenity of the walk.

The sculpture park is a short stroll from the beach & campground. Many interleaving paths around the park and good variety of exhibits. Bound to find something to your taste. Worth the walk.

Was expecting more… the trail itself is not easy to follow and if you take one path you can miss out on certain sculptures… in my uneducated artistic opinion, there one or two great sculptures the rest are ordinary. It has loads of potential, but needs a lot of work.

A pleasant way to spend 30-40 minutes on a cool, windy day. I did, however, expect to see more sculptures. If you find a less than ideal day in terms of weather and you are in or near Penneshaw, then it is worth doing. But I wouldn’t make a special trip to do it.

This is run by volunteers and it is being updated all the time.
A great walk that has lovely sculptures and gardens and the path winds around the hillside of Penneshaw near the ferry.
Lovely spot.

A good trail that takes you up steps and down, winding around the trail with various pieces of art and poems to stop and look at along the way. Provides great views out to the Penneshaw beach area.

The trail is incredible - places to sit and ponder, watch to ocean and enjoy the wild flowers and sculptures. Very relaxing.
