The driver was rude and unhelpful. Thought it would be fun but won't do again. Didn't want to drive from the resort so I could have a drink but not worth the time.

This trolley is great for shuttling around the villages, hotels, and other attractions in Maui. It was right on time each trip we took.

If you are looking to get around within the Kaanapali development this trolley/bus makes one complete circuit per hour. Hotels, restaurants, Whalers Wharf, Fairway Shops, etc. It helps to be patient, but it is free. Ask for approximate schedules at your hotel.

We rode the free trolley almost every day to get to various points near the Royal Lahaina resort. Always pleasant drivers and informative.

The trolley is rather cute and photographic. It happened to be stopped where we were and was going where we needed to go, and so we hopped on for the free ride. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask how often the trolley returns and so on the...More

We used this free service from our hotel to go to Whalers Village. It was a nice novel way of transferring to the local shopping/restaurant district in the open air style trolley. Also a good way of seeing some of the other resort grounds. This...More

Took the trolley to Roy's. Outside 5 minutes before scheduling pickup time. Waited 15 minutes before seeing trolley, but it drove right by. Waited another 10 minutes, called lift.

Yes. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency. The trolley stop is right next to the golf course and is shared with the resort next door. The Hyatt staff were very helpful at showing us exactly where the stop is.

It stops in the little shopping center above the resort (on the main highway).
