My facial was great! The store itself is not fancy, but the technician does a good job. Very friendly on the phone setting up. Glad I went!

My wife and I booked massages. We returned to this location because of good experiences in prior years, but the business appears to have changed from a regular group of therapists, to random independent contractors. When be both came out from our massages we compared how our masseuse did and coincidentally we both felt our therapists were either new or inexperienced. Our massages were more like oil rubdowns, than therapeutic, even though we pointed out our needs and preferences. Fortunately my wife got a private room, but I got a space down the hallway with mere curtain coverings. The lack of privacy in itself took away from the experience. My therapist was Nelani, my wife had Hang, both younger Asian girls, and again seemed to lack experience. Afterward, when making payment, were told the payments were in two parts, one for the facility and one for the masseuse, because each was an “independent contractor”. That made us wonder if either were even licensed or simply allowed to rent a space without actual proof of credentials, which could explain the weak massage procedures. One of the masseuse provided us her business card, which had her name and phone, but no indication of being licensed or having a license number. If a person was indeed licensed, they would likely include that on their business card. Instead, she suggested we call her directly next time to get a massage at half the price. Anyway, the staff was pleasant, just the quality of our massages (for over $100 each) were disappointing compared to our prior visits.

I had a great experience at the Spa Maui. in Ka'anapali. Kurt is an excellent masseur who has the heaviest hands (that's a good thing - I shall elaborate in a moment).that I have ever experienced. To put things in context, I am a bit of a massage aficionado albeit very conscious of value for money. I don't mind paying a lot if I know what I am getting is great but I always look for what I am getting.

Quick summary:
- Great value for money (About $89 for a Hawaiian massage - $99 for an hour of deep tissue+ 15-20% tip) which is about the price on the mainland that I get.
- 24 hour full refund cancellation policy and $25 charge if done with less than 24 hour notice.
- No 5-10 minute evaluation as they do at places like the big box places like Massage Envy. A brief discussion during the prep session and adjustments are made based along the way.
- Very polite and personable staff and front desk - Not too talkative but enough to ensure that you are getting what you need
- Tell the staff if you want deeper or lighter (Personally suggest one does it in the first 5 minutes to maximize the benefit).
- Currently face masks required when on the back (This is true for all massage places in Hawaii as required by law), Don't let it discourage you - I didn't notice it at all

Kurt was my massage therapist. His hands were heavy meaning that there was a nice easy pressure on the areas to begin with. You can feel his hands sink into the muscle before he goes into it with his fingers. He asked me if the pressure was good after 3 minutes or so and I told he could go deeper. He did so and it was the best massage that I had in several years. He was very diligent about focusing on key areas - in my case, the shoulders and neck. He also knew the right way to work out kinks in the hips and remove tightness in the calf muscles and hamstrings viz. work on it a bit and then come back to it in a few minutes with deeper pressure (Deep pressure from the onset has the opposite effect and results in some discomfort).

Again, friendly front desk.

I was staying at a the Royal Lahaina Resort and their spa was closed so I called and made an appointment at Spa Maui & Massage. Let me just get to the point, RAJU was amazing. He has been in practice for years with world class training that includes 'Western', Thai & Ayurvedic massage. A true Master Massage/Wellness Healer, he was so on target for me that I went back the next day. The key to receiving a great massage in general is to communicate with your therapist, but then, be sure to JUST RELAX and let Raju work his magic. I have received a lot of massage over the years, so I am confident that if you appreciate artful and meaningful bodywork, Raju is for you! THANK YOU RAJU!

Booked a last minute massage with Sara after tweeting my hip. She really worked my whole body but paid special attention to my hip and also got in all the extras, scalp , feet, hands. I had to fly the next day and she made it possible!

First, in hindsight I would never pay in advance. Second there are signs everywhere that say be quiet massages. It is very fragrant. After paying for my massage I had a massage with Luis the massage was good. It would’ve been much better if whoever was in the lobby would have SHUTUP! Terrible! The only consolation is I’m smart enough to bring earplugs as well as AirPods which sucks about this is I cannot communicate with the masseuse I wouldn’t go back

Cosmo Spa, Ka’anapali, Maui is a wonderful albeit perhaps hard to find spa. Dr’s office to the right and a nail spa to the left. ( just down from the Times market). I met Mrs. Kim , the owner, who introduced me to Ms. Triana. My sore right shoulder needed work before I played golf down the street at the Kai course. The visit produced numerous +210 yards drives...so, despite numerous spas, this one deserves a visit for you and your bride!

Just finished a Hawaiian bliss massage with Teresa and it was great! She used a variety of techniques and she could tell where my body needed work. Very nice and quiet, with good deals and packages, will be back.

My husband and I decided to get a couples massage while on our honeymoon. Our resort spa was extremely overpriced and we were looking around for nearby spas and discovered Spa Maui. They were able to get us in with less than a 12 hour notice and our massages were wonderful. The prices were great and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Love this place and definitely recommend.

I got the standard 60 minutes after a great few days of bumps and bruises, kayaking, surfing and the like. The massage was excellent and I appreciated it. Take this over the overpriced spa at your hotel, you won't regret it.
