We were watching the weather when we booked our boat trip. It was not rainy, but neither was it sunny which was too bad. The walk in was a nice chance to stretch the legs. The boat ride was very enjoyable with some entertaining narration,...More

It would be foolish to travel to Gros Morne and leave without seeing Western Brook Pond. The hike in is fairly short and easy. The boat ride is worth every penny and would recommend to anyone - such fantastic views!

You have walk from the carpark to the edge of the pond (lake) / inland fjord, about 2 kilometres, but it is well worth it to catch the tour boats around the inland fjord. Great day out, specular scenery and really unique day / trip...More
