This has something for all the family. Interesting restored historic house, formal garden and estate with lakes, walks and lots of lovely picnic spots. All free of charge including parking.

Absolutely amazing how this place holds so many different events for everyone's tastes and fun. Such a scenic place with lots of things to offer..

Went here at half term with the grandchildren there is a woodland play area for kids a large pond with ducks and lovely walks round the park also plenty of free parking .and it has a cafe as well .

It opens fairly early but look at their website. I've been walking there as early as 9am. Enjoy.

The house is open every weekend and is free entry. Have a good visit. Don't forget to leave time to view the gardens. The car park is free also . Regards Alan
