This shop inspired us to have a picnic: a range of conveniently sized sliced meats, cheeses, condiments, oils, wines. Everything you need. Great shop - for souvenirs or indulgent ASAP consumption. Grab a table out the front and get yourself an antipasto selection first!

Right on the plaza, this place is never-ending with several rooms both above and beneath ground. The aromas are stunning as you pass through each room. You smell the strong scents of sausages and cheeses, and it is difficult to resist purchasing some of them.

This is a place to see absolutely, it is said to be a butcher shop but it is like a museum for meat products, mainly pork but I can not describe the varieties as a huge number of choices were present. There is a restaurant...More

Great snacks from own production Great way to taste some Chianti wines, although you need to fetch it yourself using some prepaid card. Actually fun to do, but sometimes the dispenser machines are a bit difficult to operate.. Some people had problems. They use some...More

We stopped thanks to an amazing tour guide who recommended this place. I was thinking how great can a butcher shop be? It was freaking amazing! It was large and mesmerizing to watch the butchers at work. Don't drive by Greve!

If you ever find yourself in Greve, in the town square, look for the stuffed wild boar and century old butcher tables. Once you have found them, enter a maze of meats and cheeses that would appeal to the most discerning of tastes. The smells...More
