This is a fabulous trail for a stroll, fast walk or even run, it is not too strenuous but not too easy. There are benches to rest at various points and even a restroom, the whole trail is just very unique and I love it.

Well-maintained, daytime use only, 5-mile loop trail with fabulous views of skies, wildlife and Lake Maury. While the main trails deep inside the Noland Trail are not accessible to bicyclists/wheelchairs/umbrella strollers (there are sections with stairs), there are great views for those on wheels near...More

This trail is well-maintained and a lot of fun to walk/run/bring dogs. There are many elevation changes, great views of the bay and lakes and you may run across deer. Look for the ospreys on the bay side.
