Amit and his wife are just super lovely people and the cooking class was amazing. They modified the menu so that everyone (vegan/non vegan) could eat it. If you love Indian food + cooking this is definitely a must do! ☺️

I highly recommend doing this course. It was the best experience I had in India. The family is wonderfully lovely and their spices are very high quality. Also, the best food I had in two months,

it is located in the building next door to Anand Prakash Ashram! You will see a sign on the gate to the residence. Walk through and up the stairs to the top level!
