This place is quite a distance from the main town. It's an uphill road which is very bad in parts. The temple is very commercialized with vendors bothering you at every step.

We went at noon time and it was overcrowded with many travelers. The temple is nice. Queue divides at main temple( can take shorter way if not having pooja items). Need to walk for half km after parking. Can get food outside this temple.

The temple was beautiful when we got there however my favourite part was the ride there. Although not a quick journey, it was beautiful driving up the mountain ranges. It was nice to say that we had ventured into the Himalayas.

Neelkanth Mahadev Temple, bound by thick forests and mountain ranges of Nar-Narayan simply witness the greatness of "Neelkanth" - SHIVA! The peace one can get here can't be expressed in words! Har Har Mahadev
