I love the Mayberry Trading Post. I love old stores like this one and I will definitely go back for another visit. The lady that ran the store was very nice and sweet and I told her I loved her store.

Enjoyed looking around this place. Lots of old fashion memories & stuff that modern stores don't sell. Also offers snacks and drinks. Quick trip to the past.

Made a little side tour to Mayberry and really enjoyed browsing in her store and chatting a bit too. Lots of great things to see and buy. Preserves and jams from wild berries were our go to gifts for family back home. Southern hospitality is...More

A step back in time...nice people and historic building that at one time was a Post Office. Bathrooms, snacks, crafts and home canned goodies available. Old fashion apple butter making/demonstrations in the Fall... located beside the Blue Ridge Parkway between Milepost 180 and 181.

Found the Mayberry Trading Post while driving the Blue Ridge Parkway. This was a unique old country in the middle of nowhere. They have a friendly proprietor and lots of old fashion items for sale. Great picture location too.

We made a quick detour to check out the Mayberry Trading Post. It is a nice little break with some unique things to check out. We bought some homemade candies and preserves. The people working were very friendly.

They are a little bit convenience store and a little bit souvenir shop. They've got a lot of t-shirts for sale and lots of homemade jams and jellies. Really, this is a fun stop primarily because it is just so quaint and has so much...More
