My first visit a few years back was during a special event with lots of events going on. This was to be a short visit with a five year old granddaughter who would not work with the full tour. Having been at Chancellorsville, she was...More

Elwood is old and very well preserved. It played a roll in a few battles on both sides. There are neat exhibits and a burial site of Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson's arm on the grounds. Worth the stop.
